SHARONE BAILEY

Personal Background

I call the Burlington-Montpelier region of Vermont home, where I live with my spouse, our two boys, and our adventurous dogs. My life journey has taken me from Chicago to Boulder, Colorado, where I earned a BA in Business from Colorado University to Fort Wayne, Indiana where I received my MBA from Purdue University. While I’ve experienced the energy of city life, the outdoor recreational activities and majestic Vermont landscape have won me over.

Our family moved to Vermont in 2021 from Indiana, seeking a place to raise our kids closer to family. Our Children are actually the 15th generation of New Englanders in the Bailey family line!

Community

Beyond my work in IT, I’m deeply involved in my local community with various athletic programs at my children’s school and I am the coordinator for the the Berlin Elementary Bolton After School Ski Program. In the town of Berlin, I find I can really make a difference and that our community needs volunteers.
